How to Sign Up

To create your account, you’ll need to provide the following details:

  • Email Address
  • Preferred Name, First Name, Last Name
  • Password: Must meet the following criteria:
    • At least 10 characters
    • Contains at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character
  • Areas of Interest (choose up to 3)
  • Location
  • Contact Number

Activation Process

Once you’ve signed up, an admin will confirm your registration. You’ll receive an automated email to activate your account. For organizations using Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, there’s no need to activate – just sign in with your company email and start building your profile right away.

Set Up Your Profile

To make the most of Innovation Minds, personalize your profile by adding:

  • Contact Information
  • Skills and Organizational Details
  • Hobbies and Interests

This information helps your colleagues get to know you, fostering a collaborative and connected work environment.
