Getting Started with Innovation Minds (Users)

Welcome to Innovation Minds! This guide will help you create your account, set up your profile, and begin exploring the platform.

Create Your Account

To sign up, provide the following information:

  • Email address

  • Preferred name

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Password

  • Areas of interest (up to three)

  • Location

  • Contact number

Password Requirements

Your password must:

  • Be at least 10 characters long

  • Include at least one uppercase letter

  • Include at least one lowercase letter

  • Include at least one number

  • Include at least one special character

Activate Your Account

After signing up, an administrator will review and approve your registration.

Once approved, you will receive an automated email with instructions to activate your account.

Using Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), no activation is required. Simply sign in using your company email address and begin setting up your profile.

Complete Your Profile

Keeping your profile up to date helps coworkers connect with you and makes collaboration easier.

Consider adding:

  • Contact information

  • Skills

  • Organizational details

  • Hobbies and interests

Explore the Platform

Once your profile is complete, you can start exploring Innovation Minds and participating in activities available within your organization.

Depending on your organization’s configuration, you may have access to:

  • Recognition programs

  • Communities

  • Events

  • Surveys

  • Wellness initiatives

  • Innovation challenges

  • Rewards and engagement activities

 

Getting Started for Administrators

As an administrator, you are responsible for configuring the platform and supporting engagement across your organization.

Review Platform Settings

Take time to familiarize yourself with the administrator interface, including:

  • Dashboard

  • Settings

  • User management

  • Notifications

  • Available modules

Understanding where key settings are located will make ongoing administration easier.

Customize the Experience

Innovation Minds can be configured to align with your organization’s branding and communication style.
