Awo Quaison-Sackey is Regional Vice President, Human Resources, Africa Region, at Newmont Mining. She has forty years of experience in the manufacturing, insurance and mining industries. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana, and Master of Laws, LLM and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Temple University, Pennsylvania.

Bridgette Wilder is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the California Institute of the Arts since June 2021. Prior to her appointment at CalArts, she served the Albany State University in the role of CHRO, and before that in the dual role of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Safety Officer/Senior Manager at the City of Memphis. Additionally, she has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Media Fusion; Deputy Director of Human Resources/Chief Diversity Officer at The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina.

Elizabeth Power, M. Ed. is the CEO of EPower & Associates, Inc. She is a speaker, facilitator, teacher, and consultant via the EPower Change Institute and The Trauma-Informed Academy. She is a subject matter expert on trauma-informed care, trauma-responsive systems, change and resilience and is also an Adjunct Instructor in Psychiatry at Georgetown University Medical Center. Power develops cross-cultural adaptations of models of care for the mental health community.

Bridgett Hart is Senior Director of Communications & Change Management at IBEX. Previous to this, she was the US Director of Training, and before that spent more than twenty years in a variety of positions in the telecommunications industry including at Sykes, Travelocity, AT&T, and Frontier Communications.

Sebastien Girard is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Centura Health. A native of Montreal, Canada, Seb joined Centura from Atrium Health, where he served as the Senior Vice President responsible for workforce engagement and workforce operations.

Khalilah “KO” Olokunola is the Chief People Officer of TRU Colors, where she is the force behind defining a company culture that drives connection, team cohesion, personal & professional growth. She also oversees developing and executing a Re-Engineered People strategy for the seven main areas of traditional HR in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

Beatriz Coningham is the Chief People Officer at the Pan American Development Foundation. She has lived, studied, traveled and worked in different countries in Latin America, North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Kate Isichei is a global collaboration and internal communications consultant. She is also the creator and host of the Engagement Express podcast which has published over three dozen episodes so far. She has over twenty years of experience working with multinationals on technology implementations, transformation projects, and leadership visibility, including at Aon, Foundry, Ciber, Sage, Infosys, Medtronic, and the UK Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.

Jennifer Yi Boyer is Chief People Officer and SVP of DEIB at FiscalNote. She leads the FiscalNote People Team and their Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Accessibility initiatives. Building creative workforce solutions that are responsive and relevant to both individuals’ career growth and enabling strategic business capabilities while operationalizing equity, creating community, and enhancing inclusive global leadership capabilities are cornerstones of her team’s work.
