A letter from our Founder & CEO Why I Built Innovation Minds
My passion has always been to help people and organizations do better work, together.
As a Chief Innovation Officer at eBay/PayPal and Head of HR Innovation at LinkedIn, I saw a common challenge: companies invested in systems for HR, engagement, performance, and innovation, but employees experienced them as disconnected tools and processes.
I believed there was a better way.
That led me to build Innovation Minds: an Employee Experience platform designed around the moments that matter to employees and managers. We bring engagement, recognition, rewards, feedback, performance, innovation, and collaboration together in one connected experience.
Today, AI is changing what is possible. With Wizzy®, our AI experience, we are making that experience more personalized, conversational, and actionable, helping employees and managers get answers, create, recognize, engage, and get things done without having to navigate complex software.
