CHALLENGE: An eCommerce company had gone through a reorganization recently. Fierce competition from disruptors posed an imminent threat to their revenue and baseline. They asked Innovation Minds to help shake things up and lay the foundation for employees to better explore and pursue innovative ideas and opportunities.

We came up with a pilot innovation program that focused mainly on G&A functions. After six months, eNPS jumped from 18% to 63%. The workforce rolled out six new MVPs that soon became mainstream products.

CHALLENGE: The company’s employees were stuck in the status quo and didn’t care much about creativity and innovation. They continued going about their business using the runbook.
