Support for Admins

For administrators, we offer dedicated support via email or phone. Connect with your designated engagement managers, who can assist with any platform-related inquiries or issues. Admin support has a first response time of 4 hours, ensuring that critical needs are prioritized.

Quarterly Engagement Review

To enhance your experience continuously, we provide a Quarterly Engagement Review. During this session, we evaluate your platform usage, discuss engagement strategies, and explore areas for improvement, helping you maximize the full potential of Innovation Minds.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We prioritize timely assistance for all support requests:

  • General Support Requests: First response within 24 hours.
  • Admin Support Requests: First response within 12 hours.
