Hello, and welcome to the Innovation Minds spotlight series. Each month, we’re talking with top leaders and innovation experts about their ideas, strategies, tools, and experience to help the world continue to innovate and thrive. I’m really happy to have two of the leaders of the industry and good friends of mine joining us today.
Brooke Dobni is the founder of Innovation One, and through his empirical research created the Innovation One Health Index. This assessment measures an organization’s capability and culture to innovate across the four organizational dimensions and 12 drivers of innovation, identifying strengths and areas for improvement and provides relative benchmarks by industry or country. He is also a Professor of Strategy and has served as the Dean and Associate Dean at the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan.
Victor Assad is a Managing partner of InnovationOne, CEO of Victor Assad Strategic Human Resources, and the author of Hack Recruiting: The Best of Empirical Research, Method and Process, and Digitization. Victor has over 30 years of experience leading global human resources organizations and coaching executives in fast-paced, high-tech business units of Honeywell and Medtronic and consulting. Through his work, Victor has seen first-hand that organizational culture is tangible, measurable, and can either enable or stifle business strategies, innovation, and profitable growth. Without further ado, let us dive in.
